These Terms and Conditions, together with rz999's Privacy Policy and any specific game, promotion, or product rules published on the rz999 platform, form the entire agreement between you and rz999 regarding your use of the Platform. When registering your rz999 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rz999 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. rz999 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. rz999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rz999 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any rz999 content without rz999's prior written consent.

rz999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. rz999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

rz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules applicable to a rz999 product or promotion.

• You have failed to complete required identity or age verification procedures within the specified timeframe.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, rz999 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Nothing in this clause limits rz999's ability to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the platform or its users.
